**Job Summary**: We are seeking an engaging and charismatic Female Media Anchor to join our dynamic broadcasting team. In this role, you will be responsible for delivering news, features, and other content in a professional and captivating manner. Your ability to connect with the audience and convey information clearly will be essential to our mission of providing timely and relevant news coverage.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **On-Air Presentation**:

- Present news stories, interviews, and features live on air with confidence and poise.
- Engage viewers with compelling storytelling and a clear understanding of current events and issues.
- Conduct interviews with guests, including experts and public figures, to provide diverse perspectives.
- **Content Development**:

- Collaborate with the editorial team to research and prepare content for broadcasts.
- Write scripts and segment outlines that are informative, accurate, and engaging.
- Stay informed about local, national, and international news to ensure comprehensive coverage.
- **Audience Engagement**:

- Interact with viewers through social media and other platforms to foster community engagement.
- Attend public events and represent the media outlet to enhance brand visibility and credibility.
- **Professional Development**:

- Continuously improve on-air performance and storytelling techniques through training and feedback.
- Stay current with industry trends and best practices in broadcasting and journalism.

**Qualifications**:

- 12 th, Any degree, Communications,sales or a related field.
- Proven experience as a media anchor or in a similar role is preferred.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong on-air presence and the ability to engage an audience.
- Proficiency in video editing and broadcasting software is a plus.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
- Proven experience in sales, with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets. Experience in [specific industry, if applicable] is a plus.
