**Role Summary**:
**Responsibilities**:
**Videographer**:

- Plan and execute video shoots for educational content, tutorials, and promotional campaigns.
- Operate and maintain video cameras, audio equipment, lighting setups, and other necessary gear for shooting.
- Ensure high-quality video and audio capture, proper framing, and lighting to enhance visual appeal.
- Collaborate with instructors and content creators to capture lectures, demonstrations, and hands-on learning sessions.
- Travel to various locations, both within and outside the academy, for on-site shoots and events, as required.
- Gather and incorporate B-roll footage to supplement educational videos and enhance storytelling.
- Stay updated on videography trends, techniques, and equipment to continually improve video production capabilities.

**Video Editor**:

- Edit raw footage into informative and visually engaging educational videos, adhering to the academy's brand guidelines.
- Work closely with content creators and instructors to ensure that the video content aligns with educational objectives.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to create promotional videos to drive enrolment and showcase our academy's offerings.
- Review and edit work based on feedback from content creators, instructors, and management.
- Export videos in different formats suitable for online platforms and distribution channels.

**Requirements**:

- Proven work experience as a Video Editor and/or Videographer, preferably in an educational setting or similar industry.
- Proficiency in video editing software (Adobe Premiere Pro, Adobe After Effects, Adobe Photoshop [Intermediate level knowledge is enough in the case of photoshop]) and videography equipment.
- A strong portfolio showcasing videography and video editing skills
- Knowledge of educational pedagogy and an understanding of how to effectively present complex concepts through video.
- Familiarity with motion graphics, animation, and visual effects is a plus.
