Indus Parking Services (IPS) is an emerging parking enforcement company headquartered in Gurugram, India. Our team consists of highly focused and motivated professionals with extensive expertise in parking management. We specialise in preventing unauthorised parking across commercial properties, residential complexes, and other locations. Indus Parking Services manages the entire parking enforcement process efficiently and also provides operational support to Euro Parking Services.

As a **Data Entry Intern**, your responsibilities will include:

- Entering and updating enforcement data into internal systems with accuracy.
- Verifying data by reviewing, correcting, or re-entering information to maintain quality.
- Maintaining confidentiality and security of data in compliance with company policies.
- Retrieving, reviewing, and processing information as needed for reporting purposes.
- Communicating with relevant teams to ensure data accuracy and resolve discrepancies.
- Assisting in generating reports and analysing data to support operational decisions.
- Performing routine data backups and maintaining electronic records securely.
- Strong typing skills with excellent accuracy and attention to detail.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word) and data management systems.
- Ability to handle large volumes of data efficiently.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.

**Required Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree in any relevant field is preferred.
- No prior experience required; freshers are encouraged to apply.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills in English.
