**Roles and Responsibilities**
- Communicate with clients to identify their requirements and choice of property
- Schedule and conduct site visits and regular follow up with the clients.
- Ability to handle customer queries and grievances
- Act as intermediaries between property sellers and prospective buyers to broker property deals
- Negotiating the terms of agreement and closing sales
- Reaching the targets and setting goals, establishing, maintaining, and expanding the client base.
- Visiting potential customers for new business

**Requirements**:

- Any graduate with 3 years of experience in marketing preferably in Real Estate
- Must have excellent communication, presentation and negotiation skills, a pleasant personality and an analytical bent of mind.
- Must be a self-motivated team player who can get the best out of his team members.
- Good knowledge in Computer like MS office, Internet

**Job Types**: Full-time, Regular / Permanent, Fresher
