Retail Salesperson

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Greet and assist customers in the showroom.
- Understand customer needs and recommend suitable Birla Opus paint products.
- Explain product features, benefits, and pricing.
- Maintain a well-organized and presentable showroom.
- Coordinate with the Opus team for product knowledge and stock updates.

**Training & Salary**:

- Salary**:Upto ₹25,000 per month**.

**Requirements**:

- Experience in customer-facing sales roles (preferred).
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to understand and explain product details to customers.
- Enthusiastic and customer-focused attitude.
