**Job Summary**:
We're seeking an experienced UI/UX Designer to join our design team. As a UI/UX Designer, you will be responsible for crafting intuitive, user-centered, and visually appealing interfaces for our [products/services]. Your goal will be to deliver exceptional user experiences that meet business objectives and user needs.

**Key Responsibilities**:
**User Experience (UX)**:
1. Conduct user research, interviews, and usability testing to inform design decisions.

2. Develop user personas, user journeys, and wireframes.

3. Create prototypes to test and validate design concepts.

4. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure design solutions meet business requirements.

**User Interface (UI)**:
1. Design visually appealing, consistent, and responsive interfaces.

2. Develop high-fidelity designs, design specifications, and design systems.

3. Ensure design consistency across multiple platforms and devices.

4. Stay up-to-date with industry trends and emerging technologies.

**Design Tools and Software**:
1. Proficiency in Sketch, Figma, Adobe XD, or similar design tools.

2. Experience with design systems, style guides, and asset management.

3. Familiarity with front-end development technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript).

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or related field.
- 1+ years of experience in UI/UX design.
- Portfolio showcasing your design process and solutions.

**Skills**:

- User-centered design approach.
- Strong understanding of human-computer interaction principles.
- Excellent visual design skills.
- Proficiency in design tools and software.
- Effective communication and collaboration skills.

Nice to Have:

- Experience with Agile development methodologies.
- Knowledge of accessibility guidelines (WCAG 2.1).
- Familiarity with front-end development frameworks (React, Angular).
- Certification in UX design or related field.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹13,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
