**Job Title**: Global Project Set-up Expert

**Job Location**: Anywhere in India (Remote)

**Job Overview**:
Providing ERP system set up of any incoming Projects globally for all dMed Entities. Collect and gather all needed information from various global sources through cooperating with functions as needed (Contracts, Proposals, Legal, IT, Project Manager, and Project Analyst). Upload budgets and needed project information into the ERP system to allow for accurate project coding, invoicing, and accounting. Maintenance of complete and accurate project data. Supports Project Analyst Team in providing financial analysis of global projects. Provide support for internal and external customers as requested.

**Job Duties and Responsibilities**:

- Review incoming Contracts/Change Orders on relevant details; if necessary, request missing information and budget tools as relevant for set up.
- Monitor data and report major deviations, variances, and discrepancies to Project Manager and Project Analyst; Troubleshoot errors and find solutions as appropriate; Escalate bugs and concerns.
- Create new project in ERP system according to contract data; edit modules with relevant data as needed to enable different departments using data for analysis and/or reports.
- Create task codes for time booking derived from various global and/or legacy budget tools; upload task codes into ERP system facilitated by use of Excel-Macros and/or Excel Mapping files.
- Assign resources/teams to projects to enable employees’ use of timesheet captures
- Create additional upload files for various usage (forecast, items, hours, prices, and costs); Prepare files for upload to system; Update data with respective incoming Change Order for each project.
- Review contracts and payment language to assure accuracy of contracts with known tax, financial and legal requirements.
- Participate in system testing in upcoming system upgrades and/or changes/new releases
- Ad hoc support requests.
- Performs other job-related duties as assigned.

**Job Requirements**:

- Education
- Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting or Economics or equivalent
- Experience
- 3 Years of relevant financial work experience, preferably with CRO or Pharma company
- Skills/Competencies

- Capabilities
- Above Average Technology Skills: Advanced experience with Microsoft Excel, Outlook, and Word. Able to create spreadsheets using formulas. Able to link data and spreadsheets. Ability to create macros a plus. Experience with MS D365 a plus. Excel Skills require testing.
- Proofreading and Analytical Skills: Consistently produces complete and accurate spreadsheets and budgets. Proactively checks work and easily identifies and corrects errors. Consistently provides thorough and detailed reviews and feedback.
- Knowledge of GAAP: Previous financial experience
- Good command of English language. Fluent in German. Additional European Language as a plus (Russian, French, Turkish)
- Able to work independently and remotely with Global Teams
- Respects and integrates Team Diversity and Cultural Backgrounds
