Responsibilities:
- Preparing, cooking and presenting dishes within your specific section;
- Training and managing any chefs working under you;
- Assisting the sous chef and head chef in the development of new dishes and menus;
- Essentially following all health and safety procedures;
- Being aware of profit marginsand keeping waste to a minimum.
- Be familiar with the companies policies for What is a chef de partie responsibilities.
- Experience: 2-3 years
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
Schedule:
- Morning shift
Ability to commute/relocate:
- Daman, Daman and Diu: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
