**Job Title: Crusher Plant Supervisor**

**Location: Jorhat, Assam**

**Experience Required: Minimum 3 years in crusher plant operations and maintenance Position Type: Full-Time**

**About the Role**:
**Key Responsibilities**:
**Operational Supervision**: Ensure smooth operation of crusher plants, focusing on optimal performance, quality, and output.

**Maintenance Management**: Lead mechanical maintenance efforts including, but not limited to, oil changes, bearing replacements, belt jointing, gearbox, and roller changes. Initiate immediate troubleshooting and maintenance during breakdowns, including tasks such as gas cutting and welding, to minimize downtime.

**Electrical Oversight**: Supervise the electricity supply management for the crusher plant, ensuring all electrical components are maintained and functioning correctly.

**Quality and Compliance**: Monitor the quality of output and ensure operations are in compliance with company standards and safety regulations.

**Reporting**: Provide comprehensive daily activity reports to mechanical and civil managers, engineers, and supervisors, ensuring clear communication and documentation of plant status.

Pay: ₹9,711.19 - ₹34,983.42 per month
