1. **Key responsibility areas/ duties**:

- Performs installations, upgrades, patching, and database configurations for Caché and and maintains proper documentation throughout the process
- Proactively monitors and troubleshoots any unusual system behavior and performance concerns
- Assists in developing and maintaining the OS and Caché security models
- Performs backup, restores, and refreshes of TrakCare
- Performs print device setup, testing, and troubleshooting
- Maintains system decision, setup, and configuration documentation
- Supports the data flow from Caché installations and TrakCare environments
- Provides 24x7 support as needed
- Communicates environment activities (downtimes, upgrades, patches, refreshes) to all relevant parties
- Experience with Linux/Unix operating systems and tools in a Unix environment.
- Understanding of high availability, database failover models, hardware architectures, SAN administration, scripting, print management required

2. **Technical Skills**:(preferred)
- InsterSystem HealthShare & Cache
- InterSystems’ IRIS
- SQL Server
- Cache Object Scripting
- Cache Server Pages.

3. **Skill set/ competencies required including behavioral traits**:

- BE/BTech/MCA
- Good communication skills
- Good documentation Skills
- Experience in Intersystem’ HealthShare management
- A demonstrated ability to effectively communicate with all levels of staff

Advanced technical computer skills as required for technical support specific to functional area and related systems.

**Salary**: ₹477,068.63 - ₹1,658,488.25 per year
