**Key Responsibilities**:

- **IT Infrastructure Management**:

- Ensure the uptime, performance, and scalability of all IT infrastructure.
- Manage hardware and software procurement, installation, and maintenance.
- **Network and Data Security**:

- Implement and maintain robust security measures to protect patient data, hospital systems, and network infrastructure.
- Monitor and address security threats, ensuring compliance with privacy laws (HIPAA, GDPR, etc.).
- Regularly update antivirus and firewall systems to protect against cyber threats.
- **Support and Troubleshooting**:

- Provide technical support to hospital staff and departments, troubleshooting IT issues and ensuring mínimal downtime.
- Collaborate with clinical and administrative teams to identify and resolve technology-related challenges.
- Train staff on IT systems and tools to improve efficiency.
- **Project Management**:

- Lead IT projects, including system upgrades, software integrations, and new technology deployments.
- Manage timelines, budgets, and coordination between vendors and hospital departments.
- Ensure that new IT systems are integrated seamlessly into hospital operations.
- **Data Management and Reporting**:

- Manage electronic health records (EHR) systems, ensuring data is accurate, accessible, and secure.
- Oversee data backup and disaster recovery protocols to ensure business continuity.
- Generate reports on system performance and IT-related activities.
- **Compliance and Regulations**:

- Ensure IT systems comply with healthcare industry regulations (such as HIPAA in the U.S., or equivalent laws in other countries).
- Stay updated on changes in healthcare IT regulations and recommend necessary adjustments to hospital policies.
- **Vendor and Stakeholder Management**:

- Manage relationships with third-party vendors and service providers, ensuring the timely delivery of products and services.
- Negotiate contracts and ensure that service level agreements (SLAs) are met.
- **Continuous Improvement**:

- Stay abreast of emerging technologies and industry trends that could improve hospital IT systems.
- Recommend improvements to optimize hospital IT processes and improve operational efficiency.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
