Paddy Supervisor

**Job Summary**

The Paddy Checking Supervisor is responsible for overseeing the quality inspection and grading of paddy within storage facilities.

**Responsibilities**:

- Supervise the inspection of paddy at various stages, including arrival, storage, and dispatch.
- Conduct and oversee quality checks, such as moisture content, foreign matter presence, and overall grain health.
- Document inspection results and take corrective measures if any quality issues are identified.
- **Standard Compliance**:

- Ensure that paddy inspection processes comply with company and industry standards.

**Documentation and Reporting**:

- Maintain detailed records of inspection results, including quality reports, checklists, and non-compliance logs.
- Generate and submit routine reports on paddy quality status and any issues encountered during inspections.
- Prepare documentation for audits and coordinate with auditors as required.

Qualification

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹8,000.00 - ₹9,000.00 per month
