**Position: Java Solution Architect**

**No of position: 01**

**Experience: 8+ years**

**CTC: up to 25 LPA**

**Location: Bangalore - Work from Office**

**Notice Period: Immediate to 30 days.**

We are looking for a Delivery Lead/Solution Architect/Technical Manager responsible for delivering niche technology-based projects for our clients across the globe. He / she should be able to
- Deliver projects and products using the appropriate agile project management methodology, learning & iterating frequently
- Work with the Product Manager to define the roadmap for any given product and translate this into user stories
- Lead the collaborative, dynamic planning process - prioritizing the work that needs to be done against the capacity and capability of the team
- Define and Defend Solution Architecture along with the team.
- Matrix-managing a multidisciplinary team
- Ensure all products are built to an appropriate level of quality for the stage (alpha/beta/production)
- Work with clients across the globe and be able to define expectations and deliver to meet the expectation.
- Take accountability and ownership of project delivery and ensure predictability in terms of cost and timelines
- Effectively manage change in the project scope, solution and delivery.
- Motivate team towards common goal and delivery

You should have:

- 8 years plus relevant experience in IT industry
- Delivered a project end to end, from Requirements gathering to taking it live in production
- Delivered projects using full stack technologies such as Angular/REST/NODE for front end,

Java, Spring, Hibernate for backend.
- Working experience of using newer toolsets such as GIT, Jira etc.
- Working experience of using Agile, Kanban or equivalent methods.
- Working experience of Continuous Integration and Continuous delivery tools such as Jenkins, Bamboo.
- Deployment experience on Azure/AWS.
- Excellent understanding of Data Structures and Algorithms
- Understanding of OOP, Design Patterns
- Strong English written and verbal communication skills
- Comfortable with strict deadlines
- Good work ethic, including sense of individual responsibility
- Comfortable working on new products in a growing company
- Must be analytical, flexible, innovative, and self-motivated

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: ₹1,400,000.00 - ₹2,400,000.00 per year

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Bengaluru, Karnataka: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
