UX Intern

**Role Overview**:As a UX Designer at Identicube LLP, you will be responsible for creating seamless and impactful user experiences for our digital products. You will work closely with designers to create intuitive, user-friendly interfaces that solve real user problems and contribute to the success of the product.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Lead the design process from research and ideation to wireframing, prototyping, and user testing.
- Conduct user research, including interviews, surveys, and usability testing, to gather insights and validate design decisions.
- Create wireframes, user flows, and prototypes to communicate design ideas and concepts effectively.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure design solutions align with business goals and technical constraints.
- Advocate for the user throughout the design process, ensuring that all designs are intuitive, accessible, and aligned with best practices.
- Continuously iterate on designs based on user feedback and analytical data.
- Stay up-to-date with design trends, emerging technologies, and best practices.

**Required Qualifications**:

- Strong portfolio showcasing UX design work, including wireframes, user flows, prototypes, and finished designs.
- Proficiency in design tools such as Sketch, Figma, Adobe XD, or other relevant tools.
- Experience with user research methods, usability testing, and analyzing user feedback.
- Solid understanding of interaction design, information architecture, and visual design principles.
- Ability to communicate design concepts clearly and effectively to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Strong problem-solving skills and a passion for improving the user experience.
- Knowledge of responsive design and designing for multiple devices/platforms.

**Preferred Qualifications**:

- Familiarity with accessibility standards and inclusive design practices.
