Profile Introduction

We are searching for a reliable, trustworthy Archery coach to join our company. The Archery coach’s duties include teaching archery, correct technique and help archers to progress in the sport. Coaches support, encourage, inspire and help archers achieve their true potential. To be successful as an Archery coach, you should be empathetic and patient. Key Responsibilities
- Develop lesson plans and teaching aids.
- Strictly enforce the safety guidelines.
- Prepare the archery range before class and dismantle after class.
- Instruct in proper shooting skills, safety skills and sportsmanship.
- Maintain the archery tackle, bows, arrows, targets, etc., keeping the closet and target area neat and organized.
- Turn in list of items which need to be purchased.
- Inventory all equipment & supplies at the beginning & end of summer.
- Assist in other areas as needed. Profile Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Physical Education, Sports Management, or a related field is preferred.
- Prior experience teaching Archery to students of varying ages and fitness levels
- Proven ability to prepare students for participation in local, national, and international tournaments is preferred.
- Top-notch leadership skills.
- Outstanding verbal communication skills with the capacity to command attention.Respectful, supportive, and fair approach to teaching
- Excellent events planning skills.
- Deeply passionate about Archery and self-development.
