Attending/Organizing workshops, and community meetings to create awareness/sensitize among the targeted community

∙ Attend/Organize minimum of 1 workshops, community meetings in a month
- Ensuring timely formation of batches with the right batch strength ∙ As per the Project requirements & timelines
- Identify local level partners, support and facilitate the partnership in the implementation of planned activities

∙ As per the requirements (if needed)
- Support the collection of required documents for the beneficiaries who were selected for Training

∙ Submit the mandate documents required for training before the start of the Batch
- To maintain monitoring systems using the MIS (Management Information System) database & To keep accurate electronic and paper records to meet funding requirements

∙ Update the Mobilization Monthly Report with Photographs at the end of every month

Job Setting: Flexibility in extending office timing when required: Requires working indoors in environmentally controlled conditions: requires travelling: requires work with Center Heads/Project Heads: requires prompt service

Skills Needed:
∙ Willing to travel to different locations

∙ Should be well aware of the geographical areas of city

∙ Proficient in communication in Kannada

∙ Ability to work in team and in a multicultural environment

∙ Diplomatic and good communicant

∙ Ability to work autonomously

Language preferred: English and Kannada

**Salary**: From ₹15,000.00 per month
