**Position Overview**:
We are looking for a dynamic and competent **PGT - Accountancy** who can teach senior secondary classes (XI & XII) and bring conceptual clarity, real-world relevance, and ethical dimensions to the teaching of commerce and accountancy.

**Essential Qualifications**:

- Postgraduate degree (M.Com) in Commerce with specialization in **Accountancy** from a recognized university.
- **B.Ed.** (Bachelor of Education) is mandatory as per CBSE norms.
- Minimum **2-5 years** of experience teaching Accountancy at the +2 level in a CBSE-affiliated school.
- Proficient in English with excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Working knowledge of digital teaching tools, smart classrooms, and Microsoft Office Suite.

**Roles & Responsibilities**:

- Deliver engaging and student-centric classroom instruction for Classes XI & XII (Commerce stream).
- Prepare detailed lesson plans, worksheets, and projects aligned with CBSE guidelines and latest syllabus updates.
- Design and conduct periodic assessments, maintain academic records, and provide timely feedback to students and parents.
- Guide students for board exams, commerce-related competitions, Olympiads, and career choices.
- Use innovative pedagogical methods to create an interactive and inquiry-based learning environment.
- Collaborate with the Commerce Department for academic planning, curriculum enrichment, and cross-functional activities.
- Participate actively in school functions, workshops, PTMs, and teacher training programs.
