**What You'll Do**:

- Create visual designs for digital and print media, including marketing materials, social media graphics, and product packaging.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop design concepts that align with campaign goals and brand identity.
- Develop and maintain consistent branding across all company materials and platforms.
- Prepare and finalize designs for production, ensuring accuracy and adherence to specifications.
- Stay up-to-date with design trends, tools, and technologies to continuously improve and innovate.
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines while maintaining high-quality work.

**What You Know**:

- A minimum of 5+ years experience in global branding, tone, voice, positioning, design and color hierarchy.
- Should have experience working in brand design and different graphic pieces both in digital and printed format, desirable experience and audiovisual knowledge.
- Has 5+ years of experience in designing strategic and complex corporate systems (not just individual elements).
- Has formal or informal managerial and mentorship experience.
- Must have excellent skills in Adobe Creative Cloud 6, especially InDesign, Illustrator, and Photoshop
- Must be professionally fluent in English, written and verbal.

**Education**:

- Bachelor’s degree is a must
