**Key Responsibilities**:

- Train and evaluate AI models by **labeling, annotating, and curating datasets** across various domains.
- Provide **feedback on AI-generated responses**, ensuring accuracy, clarity, and contextual understanding.
- Develop and maintain **guidelines for data quality** and annotation standards.
- Work with technical teams to **analyze model performance** and identify areas of improvement.
- Contribute to the **design of training workflows**, experiments, and evaluation frameworks.
- Stay updated on **AI trends, ethical standards, and model training best practices**.

**Required Skills & Qualifications**:

- **3 Years** of Experience in **AI model training**, **annotation**, or **data curation**.
- Bachelor’s degree in **Computer Science, Engineering, Data Science, Linguistics, or related field**.
- Strong **analytical and problem-solving skills**.
- Excellent command of **English language** (writing and comprehension).
- Detail-oriented with the ability to handle **large volumes of data** accurately.
- Basic understanding of **AI concepts** and data labeling processes.
- Ability to follow complex instructions and maintain **consistency** in work quality.
- Familiarity with **prompt engineering**, **natural language processing (NLP)**, or **LLMs**.
- Prior experience in **EdTech**, **AI operations**, or **data labeling projects**.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹70,000.00 per month
