We are looking for a creative and passionate **Social Media & Graphics Designer** to join our team at Resolute Solutions, a trusted leader in the design industry with over 10 years of experience. As a designer, you will work on exciting projects that involve creating digital and print content for diverse clients, all while collaborating with a creative team.

**Responsibilities**:

- Design original graphics for digital, print and social media.
- Capture and create engaging content for social media platforms, including Instagram Stories, Reels, YouTube Shorts/Ads, and Facebook Ads.
- Participate in Reel shoots, photo shoots, and story creation.
- Manage and develop design assets across different platforms (web, social media, digital ads, etc.), ensuring alignment with brand guidelines and business objectives.
- Assist in content creation for various formats, including icons, illustrations, GIFs, templates, and optimization of photos.
- Passionate about Photography and Videography and ability to produce cohesive and visually appealing content.

**Qualifications & Skills**:

- **Experience**: Fresher or 6 months experience in Graphics and Social Media.
- **Education**: Bachelor’s degree/qualification in Design or a related field.
- **Technical Skills**: Proficiency with photo editing and video editing software, like:

- Adobe Photoshop
- Coral Draw
- Adobe After Effects
- Final Cut Pro X
- Avid Media Composer
- Lightworks
- Premier VN
- CapCut
- **Creativity**: Stay updated with the latest design trends and tools to improve design skills.
- **Collaboration**: Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
