**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Land Acquisition and Negotiation**: Advise and represent the organization in the negotiation and acquisition of land, ensuring that all transactions comply with local, state, and federal regulations.
- **Due Diligence**: Conduct thorough due diligence on land properties, including title searches, zoning laws, property boundaries, and environmental assessments.
- **Contract Drafting and Review**: Draft, review, and negotiate land acquisition agreements, including purchase agreements, leases, and easements.
- **Compliance with Regulations**: Ensure all land acquisition activities adhere to relevant real estate laws, including zoning, environmental laws, eminent domain, and other regulatory requirements.
- **Dispute Resolution**: Manage disputes related to land acquisition, including issues related to ownership, compensation, and rights of way. Represent the organization in legal proceedings, mediation, or arbitration if necessary.
- **Land Use and Development**: Advise on the legal aspects of land development, zoning changes, and permits, ensuring all projects comply with local land-use regulations.
- **Stakeholder Engagement**: Collaborate with government agencies, local authorities, real estate professionals, and stakeholders to ensure smooth land acquisition processes.
- **Litigation Management**: Represent the organization in legal proceedings related to land acquisition, including eminent domain, compensation disputes, and other property-related matters.
- **Risk Management**: Identify potential legal risks in land acquisition projects and develop strategies to mitigate them.

**Skills**:

- In-depth knowledge of land acquisition laws, property rights, and zoning regulations.
- Excellent negotiation and contract drafting skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Effective communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to manage multiple land acquisition projects simultaneously.
- Familiarity with local and federal regulations concerning eminent domain, land use, and environmental law.
- Proficiency in real estate transaction software and legal research tools.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
