Executive-Operations

Education: Any Graduate, preferably in freight forwarding or Shipping line

Experience: 2-3 Years

**Salary**: As per Industry Standard

Location: Koregaon Park, Pune

JD:

- Ocean Export & Ocean Import in Freight Forwarding company
- Complete end to end operation and coordination for Ocean Export & Ocean Import files.
- JOB creation, updating, cost sheet preparation in FRETRACK.
- Co-ordination with Transporter, CHA, Overseas Agent, Co-Loader, Shipping line and customer.
- Planning and execution of export & import containers by arranging on time DO, transport, clearance,

pre and post shipment documents.
- Co-ordination with accounts for Shipping line, CFS or any vendor payments.
- Excellent knowledge on export & import inco terms & procedure.
- Receiving & verifying pre-alerts from Overseas agents.
- Completing advance manifest filling with customs.

- Relevant industry experience
- Ability to remain calm under pressure and manage conflicting priorities
- Strong Microsoft Skills for common apps
- Accountable and committed to the task in hand
- With integrity, honesty and openness
- Always act in the best interest of the client
- Approachable to clients and colleagues
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills at all levels
- An ability to manage time and workload efficiently

**Salary**: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month

- Day shift

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Pune, Maharashtra: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

**Experience**:
