**About the Role**:
We are looking for motivated and energetic **Direct Sales Executives (DSE)** to join our team. The role involves promoting and selling our unique Financial Trainings (useful for every family) directly to customers, building strong relationships, and achieving sales targets.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Acquire new customers
- Generate leads and identify potential customers through field visits, cold calls, and referrals.
- Building customer base and maintain long-term relationships with customers.
- Assist customers in smooth access of trainings and software.
- Meet assigned sales targets.

**Required Skills & Competencies**:

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to persuade and negotiate effectively.
- Self-motivated and target driven.
- Good customer handling and relationship-building skills.
- Must have his/her own vehicle
- Must be living in the city for last 2 years.

**Eligibility**:

- Graduate in any field (MBA/BBA preferred).
- Experience in sales, banking, finance, or insurance will be an added advantage.

Package:

- CTC of Rs. 3 lacs
- Attractive Incentives

Pay: Up to ₹300,000.00 per year
