Apex Precision Mechatronix Pvt. Ltd. is looking for young and dynamic **Office Boy, Govandi. **We have a PAN India presence for sales & distribution of motion control components for CNC machines & robots.

**Position -** Office Boy

**3 months temporary job.**

**Working days & Time - **Monday to Saturday (9:00 AM to 6:00 PM), Sometime you will have to wait after office hours if any work or emergency

1. Need to maintain the office premises and clean the office. Clean the table, chair of all staff members every day. Disposal of trash, waste, and other disposable material. Monitoring the use of equipment and supplies within the office.

2. Opening and Closing of Office.

3. Greeting clients and visitors as needed, Attend calls & transfer to respective person.

4. Managing office filling, scanning, xerox paperwork.

5. Prepare, Delivers, and serves tea, coffee, water, and other snacks to staff and visitors as per their requirements.

6. Inspects and turns on Air Conditioning and Multimedia.

7. Maintains the cleanliness of the office kitchen.

**Job Specification**

1. Skill in completing multiple tasks at once.

2. Ability to communicate professionally with co-workers, staff, and faculty members.

3. Ability to prepare tea and coffee in large volumes.

4. Ability to organize daily activities with time constraints, as a team player. Ability to be nice with everyone always.

5. Should be honest, respectful, and trustworthy.

6. 8th/9th/SSC with basic office skills, basic English communication.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Contractual / Temporary
Contract length: 3 months

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹14,000.00 per month
