**Responsibilities**:

- Plan, prepare, and deliver high-quality Physics lessons that align with the JEE Mains and Advanced syllabus.
- Assess students' progress regularly through tests, quizzes, and individual assignments.
- Provide personalized guidance and support to students to address their unique learning needs and improve their understanding of Physics concepts.
- Monitor and track students' progress, providing timely feedback to help them improve their performance in the JEE exams.
- Develop and share study materials, such as notes, practice questions, and mock tests, to help students enhance their learning experience.
- Collaborate with other tutors and education professionals to ensure a comprehensive and effective learning experience for students.
- Stay updated on the latest developments in the JEE exam pattern, syllabus, and teaching methodologies.
- Participate in training and professional development sessions to improve your teaching skills and stay current on best practices in JEE Physics education.

**Requirements**:

- A Bachelor's degree or Master's degree in Physics or a related field. IITians/NITians/BITians preferred.
- A minimum of 2 years of experience as a Physics tutor for JEE Mains and Advanced exams.
- Strong understanding of the JEE Physics syllabus and exam pattern.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to explain complex concepts in simple, easy-to-understand terms.
- Strong problem-solving skills and a passion for teaching.
- Demonstrated ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Willingness to adapt teaching methods to meet students' diverse learning needs.

**Additional Information**:

- **Job Nature**: Part-time initially with potential for full-time employment based on performance.
- **Tasks**: Creating educational content, taking live classes, preparing tests, etc.
- **Salary**: ₹20,000.00 per month (₹18,000 fixed + ₹2,000 performance bonus).
- **Work Hours**: Flexible, to be decided post-hiring. General time slots are 9:30 am to 3:00 pm, 2-3 days a week.

Pay: From ₹20,000.00 per month

Expected hours: 14 - 18 per week
