As a Content Marketer & Video Content Creator, you will be responsible for crafting compelling narratives, creating engaging multimedia content, and driving marketing promotions to enhance brand visibility and attract target audiences. Your role will involve developing creative strategies, producing written and visual content, and leveraging various marketing channels to achieve promotional goals.

**Key Responsibilities**:
**Content Strategy Development**: Collaborate with the marketing team to develop content strategies aligned with the brand's objectives and target audience preferences. Research market trends, audience demographics, and competitor activities to inform content planning.

**Video Content Creation**: Conceptualize, script, film, and edit video content for marketing campaigns, product promotions, tutorials, and storytelling purposes. Utilize video editing software and equipment to create visually appealing and engaging videos that drive user engagement and brand awareness. Content Optimization: Optimize written and video content for search engines and social media platforms to improve visibility and reach. Utilize SEO best practices, keyword research, and analytics tools to drive organic traffic and maximize content performance.

**Storytelling**: Develop compelling narratives and story arcs that captivate audiences and evoke emotional responses. Incorporate storytelling techniques into written and visual content to communicate brand values, product benefits, and customer experiences effectively.

**Qualifications and Skills**:
**Creative Writing**: Exceptional writing skills with the ability to craft engaging and persuasive content across various formats and channels. Proficiency in storytelling, copywriting, and content editing.

**Video Production**: Experience in video production, including scripting, filming, editing, and post-production techniques. Familiarity with video editing software such as Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, or DaVinci Resolve.

**Content Marketing**: Solid understanding of content marketing principles, strategies, and tactics. Knowledge of inbound marketing, lead generation, and customer acquisition techniques.

**Creativity and Innovation**: Strong creative thinking skills with the ability to generate unique ideas, concepts, and content formats. Capacity to innovate and experiment with new storytelling techniques and multimedia formats.

**Project Management**: Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, meet deadlines, and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.

**Communication and Collaboration**: Effective communication skills with the ability to articulate ideas, provide constructive feedback, and work collaboratively with internal stakeholders and external partners.

**Experience**:
Minimum of 1-3 years of experience in content marketing, copywriting, video production, or related fields.

Proven track record of creating impactful written and video content that drives engagement and supports marketing objectives.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: Up to ₹15,000.00 per month
