We are looking for RMG Operation specifically only from Kolkata Location.

Requirement: Good Communication Skills, Resource Management Process Design and Improvement, Resource Allocations, Utilizations and Time management, Bench and potential bench tracking, Shadow Bench - Analysis, Non Chargeable time
- Analysis, Maintain the Skill Set Matrix, Revenue Forecast and Assurance, Variance Analysis, Headcount Analysis, Project - Budget Tracking and variance analysis, Partner Governance (timesheet analysis, resource effectiveness, onboarding compliance), Monthly/ Quarterly business reviews or reports, Supporting PMs and Managers requests, Analyzing profitability/ margins for clients or projects if needed, qulaification

Qualification necessary B.Tech / MCA/ BCA / bachelor’s degree with a technical background.
