about company: its meenakshy bakers pvt ltd. we are looking minimum 5 year experience in food manufacture industry. we have one production unit and 7 shops are here. work on new large production unit is in progress and we are looking for production supervisor
- Ensuring that strict hygiene and quality standards in production area
- Regularly inspecting finished products to determine whether they meet established quality standards.
- Packaging materials and label inspection at production time.
- Screening, and supervising factory workers.
- Collaborating with quality control managers to establish and execute quality control processes.
- Ensuring that factory machinery is in good working order.
- Analyzing production data to identify and resolve any production issues.
- To conduct investigation with relevant department in the case of having special incident happen at production and provide investigation report at end shift of production
- Preparing production reports and submitting them to key decision-makers.
- Monitoring personnel discipline to ensure harmonious working environment, strictly follow GMP practice, zoning implementation and eliminate absenteeism
- Motivating factory workers to continually achieve factory targets
- Experience: min 5 years of experience in same background (fmcg)

- Ensure all employees follow industry standard health and safety guidelines
- Set ambitious production goals and communicate them to key personnel
- Provide motivation, support and guidance to all employees
- Communicate any problems or obstacles to senior management
- Establish workflow policies that enhance speed and efficiency without compromising product safety or integrity
- Create schedules for employees to ensure optimum staffing levels

Qualification: Bachelor’s in hospitality management/ bachelors degree needed

**Job Types**: Full-time, Regular / Permanent

**Salary**: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
