**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Assist the sales team in managing day-to-day sales operations and customer interactions.
- Handle customer inquiries, follow-ups, and coordinate communication between internal departments and clients.
- Prepare and maintain sales documents such as quotations, invoices, purchase orders, and delivery notes.
- Maintain and update customer records, databases, and sales reports.
- Coordinate with logistics, and warehouse teams to ensure timely delivery and order fulfillment.
- Monitor stock levels and update the sales team about product availability.
- Assist in tracking sales targets and performance reports.
- Support the team in preparing presentations, product demos, and marketing materials.
- Attend trade shows, exhibitions, or client meetings when required.
- Ensure customer satisfaction by resolving issues promptly and professionally.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, or related field.
- 1-3 years of experience in a sales support or coordination role, preferably in the product Industry.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Customer-focused attitude with a proactive approach to solving issues.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced team environment.

**Preferred Qualities**:

- Experience working with industrial or B2B products.
- Understanding of supply chain and order processing systems.
- Knowledge of product specifications and technical sales (depending on the product).

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
