- Studio Production Executive**

**Your roles and responsibilities will include**:

- Work with Creative directors and other art directors to generate clear ideas and concepts.
- Brainstorming creative ideas on a regular basis.
- Produce sketches, storyboards, roughs to visualize ideas.
- Understand marketing initiatives, strategic positioning and target audiences.
- Cooperate and work in tandem with the rest of the creative team.
- Take work from concept to final execution within stipulated deadlines.
- Manage and delegate responsibilities to other designers and provide directions as and when required.
- Present completed ideas to clients/team members as and when required.
- Stay on top of all industry trends and maintain best practices.
- Generate original visual executions that are both aesthetically and creatively attractive.
- Deliver work of the highest quality after working with team members to develop new ideas.
- Work with the other art directors and account managers to establish appropriate creative directions.
- Stay abreast of new media formats and learn how to incorporate them into campaigns/ daily deliverables.
- Work with senior designers and art directors to establish new skills and insights.
- Develop concepts to execute the ideas and present these both internally and externally
- (if required_) until a preferred route is agreed between agency and client
- Work towards developing visual/ brand guidelines for the clients as and when required _(together with the team)_.
- Manage the preparation of design layouts for online content. Ensure that any corporate guidelines have been carefully considered and reflected in any recommendations.
- Actively direct and be a part of ideation sessions while ensuring that the work is flawlessly executed with the highest levels of skills.
- Art direct the execution of the creative work, inputting into pre-production activity, attending photo and video shoots and supervising post production in order to realise your creative vision
- Have a critical eye for layout, type and design.
- Train, assign, schedule, and coach other team members as and when required.
- Using specialist computer generation software such as Maya, Flash and After Effects.

**Salary**: Up to ₹50,000.00 per month
