**Maintenance Technician**

**Job Summary**:An electrician cum plumber is responsible for ensuring the proper functioning of electrical and plumbing systems in buildings and facilities. They perform installations, inspections, maintenance, and repairs to ensure safety and efficiency.

**Responsibilities**:
**Electrical Duties**:
**Installation**:Install electrical wiring, circuits, outlets, switches, lighting fixtures, and electrical panels.
Set up electrical systems in new construction projects or during renovations.
Ensure compliance with electrical codes and safety standards.

**Maintenance and Repair**:Inspect electrical systems to identify and rectify faults, such as circuit issues, shorts, and faulty components.
Perform routine maintenance to prevent electrical system breakdowns.
Repair or replace damaged or malfunctioning electrical components.

**Safety and Compliance**:Adhere to electrical codes, regulations, and safety protocols.
Implement safety measures to prevent electrical hazards.

**Testing and Troubleshooting**:Use testing devices and meters to diagnose electrical problems.
Troubleshoot and resolve electrical issues promptly.

**Plumbing Duties**:
**Installation**:Install and connect plumbing systems, including pipes, fixtures, and fittings.
Set up plumbing systems in new construction or renovation projects.
Ensure proper drainage, water supply, and gas supply systems.

**Maintenance and Repair**:Inspect plumbing systems to detect leaks, blockages, and other issues.
Perform routine maintenance to prevent plumbing system failures.
Repair or replace damaged or worn-out plumbing components.

**Safety and Compliance**:Follow plumbing codes, regulations, and safety guidelines.
Install and maintain backflow prevention devices and other safety measures.

**Play area Assistant**

Play area Assistant in a play area or gaming center is responsible for maintaining the day-to-day operation of the facility, ensuring a safe and enjoyable experience for customers, and providing assistance as needed.

**Responsibilities**:
**Customer Service**:
Assist customers in understanding game rules, safety guidelines, and procedures.
Address customer inquiries, concerns, and requests courteously and promptly.

**Game Supervision**:Monitor customers while they engage in various games and activities to ensure safety and adherence to rules.
Operate and maintain gaming equipment and machines, troubleshooting any technical issues.
Ensure that all games are set up correctly and are in working order.

**Safety and Cleanliness**:Enforce safety rules and guidelines to prevent accidents and injuries.
Keep play areas, equipment, and facilities clean and organized.
Perform regular safety checks on equipment and report any issues to the manage**ment.**

**Qualification**:
**Diploma or ITI in Electrician**

**Salary**: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
