**Job Title**:DTP and Printout Operator**
**Job Location: Tiruchirappalli**, **Tamil Nadu**

**Job Purpose**:
**Key Responsibilities:Designing and Formatting**:

- Use **desktop publishing software** to create and format educational materials.
- Work closely with teachers, administrators, and other stakeholders to develop visually engaging and effective designs.

**Layout and Typesetting**:

- Organize text, images, and graphics in a structured and visually appealing manner.
- Ensure proper alignment, font styles, sizes, and consistent formatting across all materials.

**Printing and Production**:

- Oversee the **printing process** for approved designs, ensuring high-quality output.
- Operate **printers, plotters, and copiers**, adjusting settings for optimal print quality.
- Maintain and manage printing supplies such as paper, ink, and toner.

**Quality Control**:

- Conduct **thorough quality checks** on printed materials to ensure they meet required standards.
- Verify color accuracy, sharpness, and overall print clarity before distribution.

**Editing and Proofreading**:

- Review and proofread content for accuracy, grammar, and formatting errors.
- Collaborate with content creators to enhance clarity, consistency, and overall quality of materials.

**Qualifications:Education**:

- High school diploma or equivalent required.

**Experience**:

- Prior experience in **desktop publishing** and print operations preferred.

**Required Skills**:
**Technical Proficiency**:

- Proficiency in **desktop publishing software**.
- Familiarity with **printing equipment and technologies**.
- Proficient in **Tamil and English typing** for content formatting.

**Communication and Collaboration**:

- Strong communication skills to understand and meet stakeholder requirements.
- Ability to collaborate effectively with content creators, teachers, and administrators.

**Additional Requirements**:

- High attention to detail to ensure **accuracy and quality** in both design and print.

**Salary**:
**₹12,000 - ₹17,500 per month**
