**Job Overview**:
We are seeking a motivated and results-driven **Telesales Representative** to join our dynamic team at **Vediti Ayurveda**. As a Telesales Representative, you will be responsible for promoting and selling our premium Ayurvedic products, including solutions for overall health. Your goal will be to engage with potential customers, understand their needs, and provide effective product recommendations.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Outbound & Inbound Calls**: Make and receive calls to/from potential customers to promote Vediti Ayurveda products.
- **Product Knowledge**: Understand and effectively communicate product benefits, features, and usage.
- **Customer Engagement**: Build strong customer relationships by providing exceptional service and addressing inquiries.
- **Sales Targets**: Meet and exceed daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
- **Follow-Up**: Conduct follow-ups with interested customers to close sales and ensure customer satisfaction.
- **Record Keeping**: Maintain accurate records of calls, customer information, and sales data in the CRM system.
- **Feedback**: Provide customer feedback to the marketing team for continuous product and process improvement.

**Requirements**:

- **Experience**: Minimum 6 months to 1 year of telesales, telemarketing, or customer service experience (Ayurvedic or wellness industry preferred).
- **Communication Skills**: Strong verbal communication skills in **Hindi and English** (other regional languages are a plus).
- **Sales Mindset**: Ability to handle objections, negotiate effectively, and close sales confidently.
- **Tech-Savvy**: Basic knowledge of CRM tools and MS Office.
- **Self-Motivated**: Goal-oriented and eager to achieve and exceed targets.

Pay: ₹9,725.57 - ₹22,255.79 per month
