**Role Overview**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Develop wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups to effectively communicate design ideas.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product managers, developers, and marketing, to ensure design consistency and alignment with project goals.
- Conduct user research and usability testing to gather feedback and iterate on designs.
- Stay updated with the latest design trends, tools, and technologies to ensure our digital products remain at the forefront of innovation.
- Create and maintain design systems and guidelines to ensure a cohesive look and feel across all digital platforms.
- Deliver high-quality, production-ready assets and documentation to developers for implementation.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Interaction Design, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- Proven experience as a UI/UX Designer with a strong portfolio showcasing stunning web and mobile app designs.
- Proficiency in Figma, Adobe Photoshop, and other relevant design tools.
- Strong understanding of user-centered design principles and best practices.
- Experience conducting user research and usability testing.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

**Preferred Qualifications**:

- Knowledge of additional design tools such as Sketch, Adobe XD, or Illustrator.
- Basic understanding of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
- Experience with motion design and prototyping tools like Principle, After Effects, or Framer.
- Familiarity with accessibility standards and best practices.
