**Job Title**:Telecaller and Receptionist

**Location**: Jalandhar, Punjab

**Responsibilities**:

- Make outbound calls to potential customers to promote our products and services
- Identify customer needs and match them with appropriate solutions
- Provide customers with detailed information about our products and services
- Update customer information in our database
- Achieve daily and weekly call targets
- Maintain a positive and professional demeanor at all times
- Greet visitors and handle incoming calls in a professional manner
- Direct visitors to appropriate offices and departments
- Manage incoming and outgoing mail and packages
- Maintain a clean and organized reception area
- Assist with administrative tasks as needed
- Handle confidential information in a discreet manner

**Requirements**:

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume call center environment
- Strong customer service skills
- Basic computer skills
- Prior experience in telemarketing or customer service is a plus
- Strong organizational abilities
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Basic computer skills
- Prior experience as a receptionist or in a customer service role is a plus
