**Sales Executive (Contract-Based)**

**Job Overview**

We are looking for enthusiastic and driven individuals to join us as **Contract-Based Sales Executives** to support our business growth. In this role, you will be responsible for reaching out to prospects, pitching our products/services, and closing sales to meet defined targets.

**Please note**: The fixed compensation of ₹25,000 will be applicable only upon achieving a minimum of 200 calls per month.

**Key Responsibilities**
- **Lead Generation**: Identify and qualify potential leads through outbound calling and online research.
- **Sales Pitch**: Effectively communicate the value proposition of our products/services to potential clients.
- **Relationship Management**: Build rapport and maintain positive client relationships.
- **Sales Reporting**: Record all sales activities, client interactions, and outcomes in the CRM.
- **Target Achievement**: Meet the assigned monthly and quarterly sales goals.
- **Closing Sales**: Negotiate and finalize deals, ensuring revenue generation.

**Qualifications**
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- Prior experience in sales or customer-facing roles is preferred but not mandatory.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently.
- Basic knowledge of CRM tools is a plus.

Additional incentives of ₹500 will be paid **per successful deal closed**.

Pay: ₹300,000.00 per year
