**Job Title**: Welder / Fitter / Fabrication Specialist

**Work Location**: Ambattur Industrial Estate, Chennai

**Job Overview**:
**Roles & Responsibilities**:

- Read and interpret technical drawings, blueprints, and fabrication diagrams.
- Perform welding operations (MIG, TIG, ARC) as per fabrication standards.
- Carry out fitting and assembly of fabricated parts with accuracy.
- Inspect joints, materials, and welds to ensure quality and durability.
- Use hand tools, grinders, gas cutters, and measuring equipment.
- Collaborate with the design and production team to deliver precise outputs.
- Ensure compliance with safety and operational procedures in the workshop.
- Maintain equipment and tools in good working condition.

**Required Skills**:

- Strong knowledge in welding techniques (MIG, TIG, ARC).
- Proficiency in structural and sheet metal fabrication.
- Experience in machine base fabrication or special-purpose machinery (SPM) preferred.
- Ability to read mechanical drawings.
- Basic knowledge of workshop safety practices.
- Physically fit and able to handle welding and fitting equipment.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
