**KEY RESPONSIBLITIES**:

- OUTBOUND CALLING**: Make outbound calls to potential customers and follow up on leads generated by marketing efforts.
**- CUSTOMER INTERACTION**: Provide detailed information about available properties and pricing.
**- APPOINTMENT SCHEDULING**: Coordinate with the sales team to schedule and confirm site visits for potential buyers.
**- LEAD MANAGEMENT**:Maintain accurate records of client interactions, follow-up activities.
**- FOLLOW-UP**: Regularly follow up with clients to build strong relationships and ensure customer satisfaction.

**QUALIFICATIONS**:

- Previous experience in telecalling, customer service, or a similar role.
- Experience in Real Estate is Mandatory.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to handle customer inquiries and objections professionally.
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
