**Detailed Job Responsibilities - PGT Economics**
- **Curriculum Delivery**:

- Teach Economics to Classes XI and XII in alignment with CBSE curriculum.
- Prepare detailed lesson plans, teaching aids, and presentations covering Microeconomics, Macroeconomics, Statistics, and Indian Economic Development.
- **Student Learning & Engagement**:

- Simplify complex economic theories, graphs, and statistical tools for better understanding.
- Encourage debates, discussions, and simulations on current economic issues (e.g., budget, inflation, trade, monetary policies).
- Provide real-world examples and data-driven learning to connect classroom concepts with current affairs.
- **Assessment & Evaluation**:

- Design tests, assignments, projects, and practice papers as per CBSE guidelines.
- Evaluate student work fairly and maintain academic performance records.
- Prepare students for board exams and competitive exams such as CUET, Civil Services foundation, etc.
- **Classroom Management**:

- Create an inclusive and engaging learning environment.
- Address academic challenges of students with patience and guidance.
- Maintain discipline and ensure active participation of all students.
- **Academic Enrichment**:

- Integrate ICT tools (Excel, graphing software, economic data portals) in teaching.
- Mentor students in project work, surveys, and economic research assignments.
- Guide students in preparing economics-related presentations, exhibitions, and competitions.
- **Collaboration & Communication**:

- Work closely with fellow teachers for interdisciplinary projects (e.g., Economics with Geography, Business Studies, or Political Science).
- Share academic progress with parents during PTMs.
- Support school-level events like commerce fests, finance clubs, or debate competitions.
- **Professional Development**:

- Stay updated with CBSE circulars, NEP guidelines, and economic policy developments.
- Participate in workshops, training programs, and refresher courses to enhance teaching effectiveness.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month

**Education**:
