**Job Title**: Physics & Biology Teacher (Grades 8-10) - State Board

**Location**: Sri Sai Chaitanya school, Shankarampet A

**Job Type**: Full-time

**Reports to**: Head of Science Department / Principal

**Job Overview**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Plan, prepare, and deliver engaging lessons in Physics and Biology, aligning with the State Board curriculum.
- Explain complex scientific concepts in an accessible and relatable manner for students of varying abilities.
- Use real-life examples, experiments, and demonstrations to make learning interactive and practical.
- Prepare students thoroughly for board examinations by covering the syllabus in depth and providing revision sessions.
- Assess students’ progress through assignments, tests, and projects, and provide constructive feedback.
- Maintain an inclusive and disciplined classroom environment that promotes participation, critical thinking, and respect for science.
- Identify and support students who need extra assistance through remedial sessions or additional learning resources.
- Incorporate digital tools and modern teaching aids to enhance lesson delivery and student engagement.
- Collaborate with other faculty members for interdisciplinary projects and activities.
- Participate in departmental meetings, professional development programs, school events, and parent-teacher meetings.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Science (B.Sc.) with specialization in Physics and/or Biology (Master’s degree preferred).
- B.Ed. or equivalent teaching qualification is mandatory.
- Minimum 2 years of teaching experience in classes 8-10, preferably under a State Board curriculum.
- Strong knowledge of the State Board syllabus, examination patterns, and grading systems.
- Excellent communication, classroom management, and organizational skills.
- Ability to motivate students, foster a love for science, and encourage scientific inquiry.

**Preferred Skills**:

- Familiarity with digital teaching tools and virtual labs.
- Ability to design engaging experiments and science projects.
- Experience in guiding students for science exhibitions or Olympiads is an advantage.

Competitive salary package based on qualifications and experience.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
