**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Accounting & Bookkeeping**:

- Recording of **sales and purchase entries** in **Tally ERP/Prime**.
- Bank reconciliation and ensuring accuracy in financial records.
- Management of accounts payable and receivable.

**Taxation & Compliance**:

- Filing of **GSTR-1 and GSTR-3B** in compliance with GST regulations.
- Reconciliation of **GST Input Credit** with GSTR-2A/2B.
- Assist in GST audits and other statutory requirements.

**E-commerce Reconciliation**:

- Reconciliation of transactions from platforms like **Myntra, Shopify, Nykaa, Ajio, Tata Cliq, etc.**:

- Resolving discrepancies in sales, commission charges, and payment settlements.
- Managing chargebacks and claims from e-commerce partners.

**E-Invoicing & Compliance**:

- Generation of **e-invoices and e-way bills** as per GST norms.
- Ensuring timely invoicing and documentation for logistics & compliance.

**Financial Reporting & Support**:

- Assisting in the preparation of **monthly financial reports**.
- Maintaining proper records of transactions for audits and compliance.
- Supporting the senior finance team in various tasks.

**Key Result Areas (KRAs)**:
Accuracy in accounting entries (Sales/Purchase)
Timely bank reconciliations
Compliance with GST return filings (GSTR-1, GSTR-3B)
Smooth reconciliation of e-commerce transactions
Correct and timely generation of e-invoices & e-way bills

**Qualifications & Skills**:

- **Education**: B.Com / M.Com / MBA (Finance) / CA Inter or equivalent.
- **Software Knowledge**: Tally ERP/Prime, MS Excel, GST Portal.
- **Skills Required**: Accounting, GST compliance, Bank & E-commerce reconciliation, Attention to detail.
- **Preferred**: Knowledge of TDS, Income Tax, and other statutory requirements is a plus.

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹32,611.04 per month
