**Responsibilities**
- Coordinate hiring activities
- Prepare and post job ads online
- Help with resume screening and phone screens
- Greet and assist interviewees and complete an onsite pre-screening
- Handle records and paperwork
- Maintain and Work on the Payroll to ensure a timely disbursement
- Maintain and regulate a continuous employee training process across all departments
- Manage and resolve employee grievances
- Resolve issues as fast as possible (e.g. interview cancellations)
- Assist with new hire onboarding (e.g. preparing documents, coordinating orientation agendas)

**Requirements and skills**
- Proven experience as Human Resource Assistant or other recruiting-related role, preferably in healthcare industry
- Familiarity with hiring practices and stages (screening, interview, assessment, onboarding)
- Experience using recruiting and HR softwares and social networks for recruiting
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Outstanding communication skills
- MBA in HR, Business or relevant field

**Salary**: Up to ₹22,000.00 per month
