**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Edit and assemble raw footage into polished videos for various platforms, ensuring high-quality production and adherence to brand guidelines.
- Work closely with the creative and marketing teams to develop engaging content that aligns with project goals and audience expectations.
- Implement feedback from team members to refine and enhance video projects.
- Add graphics, text, and other design elements to enhance visual appeal and engagement.
- Perform basic color correction, sound editing, and adjustments to improve overall video quality.
- Manage video assets, including organization, archiving, and labeling for easy access.
- Ensure timely delivery of edited videos within set deadlines.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and editing techniques to bring fresh ideas and innovation to projects.

**Requirements**:

- **Experience**: 1-2 years of video editing experience, preferably in a professional setting or freelance work.
- **Technical Skills**: Proficiency in video editing software such as Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, or DaVinci Resolve. Experience with Adobe After Effects and Photoshop is a plus.
- **Portfolio**: A strong portfolio or demo reel showcasing editing skills and creativity.
- **Creativity and Attention to Detail**: Ability to convey ideas through visual storytelling and attention to aesthetics.
- **Communication**: Strong interpersonal skills and ability to collaborate with team members effectively.
- **Time Management**: Ability to handle multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

**Nice-to-Have Skills**:

- Knowledge of motion graphics and animation.
- Experience with video production equipment, lighting, and camera operation.
- Understanding of social media video formats and best practices.

Pay: ₹10,629.57 - ₹25,000.00 per month
