**Key Responsibilities**:
**Store Operations**:

- Open and close the store on time as per schedule.
- Ensure that the store is well-organized and presentable at all times.
- Oversee the daily operation, ensuring all staff duties are being carried out efficiently and customer needs are met.

**Inventory Control**:

- Maintain accurate stock levels through regular stocktaking and inventory audits.
- Track inventory movement, stock levels, and sales trends to ensure timely reordering and prevent stockouts or overstock situations.
- Implement stock rotation procedures to ensure products are fresh and meet quality standards.

**Supply Chain Coordination**:

- Work closely with suppliers and vendors to ensure timely and accurate deliveries of stock.
- Address any supply chain issues, such as delays or shortages, and resolve them efficiently.
- Coordinate with the Store Manager to forecast demand and adjust orders accordingly.

**Staff Training & Supervision**:

- Train and onboard new staff members to ensure they are fully equipped to perform their duties.
- Provide ongoing coaching and performance feedback to team members.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures, including customer service standards.

**Sales Target Achievement**:

- Assist the Store Manager in setting achievable sales targets and work towards meeting or exceeding them.
- Monitor daily sales performance, identifying any challenges or opportunities to increase sales.
- Ensure that staff is motivated to achieve sales targets through performance monitoring and incentive programs.

**Daily Store Reports**:

- Prepare daily store performance reports, including sales, inventory levels, and staff performance.
- Report any discrepancies or issues in stock, sales, or operations to the Store Manager.

**Store Maintenance & Safety**:

- Oversee the cleanliness and maintenance of the store, ensuring a safe and pleasant environment for both staff and customers.
- Ensure that health and safety standards are adhered to at all times.
- Perform routine checks and ensure that all equipment and store fixtures are in working order.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
