- Lead the team 5 staff managing the DSAR for the entire organization
- The role is primarily, but not solely, concerned with the compliance of information access requests made under privacy regulations.
- The role holder will liaise with internal and external stakeholders to provide accurate and timely responses, in compliance with the legislation.
- Responsible for Quality check of final DSAR delivery
- The role holder collaborates with all Business Areas to deliver data privacy processes.
- Manage the future development of tools such as OneTrust.
- Manager the relationships with Privacy Legal colleagues, customer support, human resources, technology and data teams.
- Provide senior oversight on whether information should be disclosed or refused in compliance with the relevant legislation. Refer relevant cases to Privacy Legal for clarification, in relation to legislation which may apply.
- Manage sensitive requests ensuring that all correspondence and associated disclosures are timely, accurate and compliant with legislation, regulations and policies.
- Manage the OneTrust DSAR Module relationship with Strategic Account Executive
