Profile Summary:_**

**_We are looking for an MS- SQL DBA responsible for leading, maintaining, and optimizing our multi-tenant SaaS Product
- Asset Infinity (_**
**_), hosted on Azure. _**
**They will play a crucial role in ensuring the reliability, security, optimization & performance of our database systems**
**_keeping our databases running smoothly 24/7._**

**Roles & Responsibilities;**
- Oversee, manage, and maintain our SQL database systems, including installation, configuration, and troubleshooting.
- Monitor and optimize database performance to ensure maximum availability and responsiveness.
- Perform regular backups and disaster recovery procedures to ensure data integrity and minimize downtime.
- Collaborate with development teams to design and implement efficient database structures and schemas.
- Conduct routine security audits and implement necessary measures to protect sensitive data.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest database technologies and industry trends to make informed recommendations for system improvements.
- Provide technical support and guidance to other team members as needed.
- Develop and maintain database documentation, including backup and recovery procedures, performance tuning guidelines, and standard operating procedures.
- Multi-cloud management & and optimizations, release management, and security management including access controls.
- Support physical database administration including performance management, security, installations, upgrades, patches, backup, recovery, space management, performance tuning, and capacity planning.
- Assist developers with query tuning and schema refinement.
- Ensure high levels of performance, availability, sustainability, and security.
- Provide 24x7 support for critical production systems.
- Perform scheduled maintenance and support release deployment activities.
- Perform SQL Server Migrations and SQL server upgrades, whenever required.

**Key Requirements**
- Any B.Tech(IT/CS)/BCA Graduate with a minimum of 5 years of work experience as an MS-SQL DBA.
- Hands-on experience in MS-SQL 2017/2019/2022 including
- **performance management, security, installations, upgrades, patches, backup, recovery, space management, performance tuning, and capacity planning**.
- Relevant certifications, such as Microsoft Certified Database Administrator (MCDBA) or Oracle Database Administration Certified Professional (OCP), would be value added.
- Experience in managing more extensive databases.
- Excellent team management & leadership skills.
