**Your Role and Responsibilities**
- Supplier will perform activities, tasks, and functions required to, maintain and operate the Datapower product environment, including:

- Problem determination and resolution of Datapower software problems.
- Root cause analysis of DP software outages
- Providing communications regarding product End-of-Support dates and new product release features and General Availability

**Required Technical and Professional Expertise**
- Root cause analysis of DP software outages
- Providing communications regarding product End-of-Support dates and new product release features and General Availability
- DP log file rotation, runing, and archiving
- DP backup and recovery
- Maintaining Operational Procedures for the purposes of the delivery of DP operations.
- Decommission activities related to managed products
- DP SSL renewals
- Administering the DP configuration

**Preferred Technical and Professional Experience**
- Root cause analysis of DP software outages
- Providing communications regarding product End-of-Support dates and new product release features and General Availability
