- Delivery of Presentations and Study Material: The SME produces various materials for classes, such as lectures, presentations, demonstrations, and interactive discussions, to ensure the faculty delivers the concepts effectively. With the materials created they can give clear explanations, examples, and problem-solving techniques to enhance students' understanding.
- Curriculum Design and Development: The SME plays a role in designing and developing the curriculum for JEE and NEET physics. They select appropriate study materials, textbooks, and resources that align with the syllabi and exam requirements. They create lesson plans, assignments, and practice tests so that faculty can assess students' progress and help them prepare for the exams.
- Exam Preparation and Strategy: The SME helps faculty prepare strategically for JEE and NEET exams preparations to be given to students. They provide guidance in the form of presentations on time management, exam techniques, and effective study strategies. They conduct mock tests or practice sessions with assisting the faculty to familiarize students with the exam format, improve their speed and accuracy, and identify areas for improvement.
- Insight into Exam Patterns: The SME possesses a comprehensive understanding of the exam patterns, question formats, and the weightage given to different topics in JEE and NEET. They can provide valuable insights and strategies with the help of Faculty to help students effectively prepare for these exams and perform well.
- Student Evaluation and Feedback: The SME assesses the student’s progress with the help of faculty through regular evaluations, quizzes, and tests. They provide constructive feedback to identify strengths and weaknesses, offering recommendations for improvement. They may also engage in one-on-one mentoring to address individual student needs and provide personalized guidance.

**Salary**: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
