**Role: AR (Accounts receivables) - Quality Analyst**

**Experience: Overall 4+ Years (Exp in AR Calling is Mandatory)**

**Location: Bangalore**

**Qualification: Graduates are eligible.**

**Notice Period: Immediate Joiner’s**

**Week Off Details: Fixed off on Saturdays & Sundays**

**Cab facility: 2-way cab available (For night shifts/ Compulsory to be availed by Women Employees)**

**Rounds of Interview: 1st Round - HR Round (screening by TA team / will be conducted over teams.) 2nd Round - Operations Round (Assessment by Ops Managers/ will be conducted over teams.)**

**SKILL SET: Expertise in AR domain/ Denial Management
- Physician Billing / Hospital Billing**

**Excellent domain knowledge and Exposure in quality aspects. **4+ years of Experience in AR calling is Mandatory. **Should have acted as QA in previous company**

**Role Description Overview**:
The QC is accountable to manage day to day activities of Denials Processing/ Claims follow-up/ Customer Service and Ensuring that project related quality processes are followed by associates, client specific metrics and internal metrics are achieved, provide coaching to employees, track and trend data for improvement

**Job Description: Responsibility Areas**:
1. Participate in client calls and understand the quality requirements both from process perspective and for targets

2. Identify a method to achieve the quality targets and implement the same in consultation with operations manager / Team Manager

3. Collect data on individual transactions (chart, claim, EOBs etc) on the errors

5. Coach employees to minimize errors and improve performance

6. Provide inputs to the training team on common mistakes made to enhance training curriculum

7. Test files/batches for new clients/processes to be processed as part of familiarization

8. Generation of QA reports on a daily basis

9. Attainment of Internal & External SLA as per Process Defined.

10. Strict adherence to the company policies and procedures.

1. Extensive Quality experience Audits, Coaching & training as per process defined.

2. Min of 1.5 Yrs. of Professional and Relevant Experience

3. Sound knowledge in healthcare concept.

4. Excellent Communication skills Verbal & Non-Verbal

5. Critical problem solving and issue resolution

6. Must have Good Product and Process Knowledge

7. Must have good analytical and judgmental skills

8. Quality Feedback/Refresher sessions

9. Prepare and Maintain Quality status reports

**Skills & Education**:
1. Minimum Qualification: Degree

**Salary**: ₹230,000.00 - ₹500,000.20 per year
