Client: A Leading D2C baby product brand was founded in 2014 in Ahmedabad, Gujarat. Company is having annual turnover of around 120 Crs & employee strength of 120 employees & they are providing international safety standard certified bay products by their e-commerce website & online market platforms like Amazon, Flipkart & other leading online & offline platforms. Their product range includes high-chairs, beddings, strollers, car seats, a nursery range, ride-on, grapple toys, a feeding range, and more.

Designation: - Purchase Executive

EXPERIENCE: - 2 to 4 Years

CTC: - 4 LPA

Location: - Ahmedabad

Qualification: - Any Graduate

1. Warehouse Consumable requirement fulfilment.

2. PO & SO Create & Goods (Packaging material, Corrugated boxes) follow-up from order to Delivery.

3. Vendor Management of ALL Logistic & consumable product

4. FTL order and Tracking on regular basis,

5. Invoice validation and submission to account team,

6. Vendor Payment follow-up with account team,

7. New Vendor Development of Packaging & Logistic

8. Creating and Tracking Documentation

9. Shipping Coordinator Duties in Communication

10. Purchase goods using MRP system as required in an accurate and timely manner.

11. Maintain accurate dates on all orders

12. Liaise with suppliers to build relationships, ensure the best pricing and source alternative suppliers as required.

13. Maintain information in Item Master (IBS); ensure it is up to date and accurate.

14. Ensure inventory is well managed by assisting with cycle counts and stocktakes.

15. Work with Purchasing and Logistics Manager to ensure the most economical methods of transport are used for importation.

16. Liaise with the Accounts, R&D and Production teams to ensure efficiency and effectiveness.

17. Other related tasks as required

2. An eye for detail and the ability to maintain a very high level of accuracy.

3. Good communication skills.

4. Proficient in both verbal and written English.

5. Good organisational skills to prioritising tasks and meet deadlines.

6. A team player who meets and exceeds team goals.

7. Self-motivated, positive and willing to learn and adapt to market changes

8. Ability to maintain strict confidentiality and uphold the integrity of the company.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month

**Education**:

- Bachelor's (preferred)
